THE COURT CAN ORDER SUSPENSION FOR THE FOLLOWING JUVENILE CHARGES: 

Found Delinquent (FD) = Up to 2 years; no occupational.

Habitual Truancy (T) = 30 days to 1 year; no occupational.

School Dropout (T) = Until age 18 unless judge determines hardship to family; no occupational.

Juvenile Controlled Substance (excluding drug paraphernalia) (JCS) = 6 mos. to 5 years; no occupational.

Juvenile Controlled Substance/ Drug Paraphernalia (JCS) = 6 mos. to 5 years; no occupational.

Juvenile Any Drugs (D) = 6 mos. to 5 years; 30, 60, or 90 days waiting period for occupational.

Underage Alcohol (UAL) = 30 days to 2 years; 15 days wait occupational.

Underage ID Card (UID) = 30 to 90 days; 15 days wait occupational.

Variations of Juvenile Alcohol-related charges (JA, JID) = suspensions vary depending on age, offense; 15 days wait occupational.

THE COURT CAN ORDER SUSPENSION FOR THE FOLLOWING FAILURE TO PAY CHARGES: 

Driver Improvement Surcharge [OWI-related fine] (FPD) = Suspension up to 2 years or until paid; 15 days wait  occupational.

Traffic Forfeiture [fine] (FPF) = Suspension 30 days to 2 years or until paid; no occupational.

Child Support (FPS) = Suspension up to 5 years until arrears are paid or arranged with court; eligible for occupational.

Child Support DWD Subpoena or Warrant (FPS)= 6 mos. suspension; eligible for occupational.

Judgment and Restitution (FPN) = Up to 5 years or until paid; no occupational.

Victim Witness Fee (FPN) = Up to 5 years.

Forfeiture [fine] Juvenile civil/ ordinance violation = 30 days to 5 years; no occupational.

THE DOT CAN ORDER SUSPENSION FOR THE FOLLOWING LICENSE-RELATED CHARGES:

Altering Drivers License (ADL) =  6 mos.; 15 days wait occupational.

Loaning Drivers License (LOL) = 6 mos.; 15 days wait occupational.

Appearing at DL Examination for Another (AFA) = 2 mos.; 15 days wait occupational.
