Juvenile Controlled Substance/ Drug Paraphernalia (JCS) = 6 mos. to 5 years; no occupational.
Juvenile Any Drugs (D) = 6 mos. to 5 years; 30, 60, or 90 days waiting period for occupational.
Underage Alcohol (UAL) = 30 days to 2 years; 15 days wait occupational.
Underage
ID Card (UID) = 30 to 90 days; 15 days wait occupational.
Variations of Juvenile Alcohol-related
charges (JA, JID) = suspensions vary depending on age, offense; 15 days wait occupational.
